CNY dinner

hello!

OAC CNY dinner will be held on the 2nd feb 2008, saturday. its an annual thing, so expect to see our seniors and some much older superseniors as well!

Place to be confirmed, its normally at the marina bay steamboat, but that place is closed now. if you've any ideas, post on the tagboard! the place should hold about 50 of us, and the price should be $10-$15. gogo post!

but most importantly, reserve the date so you can make it. it'll be fun, see you there!

first and foremost: ONE-STAR KAYAKING COURSE

apparently last wednesday i told yall that its on the 23rd feb. but when i called the coach up, he told me that it is unadvisable for us to go for this course as its open to the public as well. so he suggested that we book it as a CCA and the available date he can make it is...

8th to 9th march 2008

in this way, i dont have to spilt OAC into 2, like what happened to rock climbing course, and we can all clear it on these 2 days!

but

the pre-requisite is that it requires all members to know how to swim, depsite the use of life-jackets. i'll elaborate on this more when i see yall.

Seniors Farewell

Hi everyone, here's some rough info about the upcoming Seniors Farewell.

It's on Friday, 30th November. Please meet at 12pm sharp at Harbourfront monorail station. Pls bring extra clothing and maybe some soap/shampoo. There will be time at Sentosa for washing up. The cost will be approximately $4 + $3 for entrance to sentosa + $8 for the movie, and maybe $10 for all the meals, so bring as much as you think is necessary.
